Flush Mounting Egg Crate Grille

Designed for general use in a myriad of ventilation applications, in particular rooms and doors where privacy must be maintained.  The slimline design is ideal for mounting flush on doors or partitions where other types of transfer grilles may protrude into the opening – useful when incorporating intumescent blocks within fire rated doors.

These flush mounting grilles have an egg crate core to give maximum free area. 

Egg-crate grilles are constructed entirely from aluminium including the frame and centre core. The frames are aluminium extrusions which are mitred and welded or cleated. The Egg-crate cores are constructed from aluminium egg-crate sheet with 12.5mm x 12.5mm x 12.5mm cubic cut-outs.

Flush mounting egg crate grilles are very robust, yet light.  The aluminium construction is desirable for applications such as bathrooms where repeated exposure to high humidity can be expected.  Suitable for low or high level mounting requirements.  Fixings are via countersunk screw holes in the flange.

Standard finish for this product is RAL9010 (White).  Other finishes are available to suit the interior and architectural design requirements.
